Terms of service

By creating an account you agree to use UnitFolio only for lawful property-management purposes and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for complying with local tenancy and data-protection laws.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account moves to the Free plan. We do not delete data when a subscription ends.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, UnitFolio is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service. OCR extraction is assistive and must be reviewed before use.
